I highly recommend Chris Petersen and his computer services. Chris first assisted me with a nightmare (to me) move to a new laptop & wi-fi system several years ago. Chris encountered the difficulties with patience, diligence and expertise. He has since helped me with a variety of computer questions. I find Chris to be extremely reliable, trustworthy and competent. I have also suggested his services to friends and they have been equally satisfied. I appreciate Chris’ droll sense of humor, a definite plus in the serious world of technology!

I have used Chris Petersen for computer service on several occasions. Each time I found him to be very prompt, capable and efficient. Where some people see problems to be overcome, Chris sees challenges to be met, and he skillfully and eagerly meets them. (I suppose I shouldn’t comment on the added bonus of the piano recital you gave me, since this treat might not be included in all service packages?!)

Chris has worked on my PC from time to time and always fixed the problem in a timely and cost effective fashion that always put a smile on my face. He also built a PC for me when my current unit became obsolete. I will continue to call on his company in the future as I know I will get the service and advice I need.

A friend recommended Chris 8 or 9 years ago when I was having trouble with my computer. One call was all it took and Chris was at my place within an hour. Over the years, when I have had problems, Chris has always been there for me, be it coming over or just fixing it over the phone. I consider Chris a good friend and my only computer guy.

Chris took the hassle and uncertainly out of buying a new computer and printer by advising us where to buy, hooking things up, and even doing training.  He is very security conscious and professional. Great customer service and reasonable rates. Christopher is professional and friendly. He has patience until the exasperation kicks in and you finally do it his way because it is the best way for you and your business. However, once, he arrived hungry and required eggs. He did not bill me for his breakfast. I heartily recommend him for computer needs. He also is a fine pianist.
